We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Utah. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, mentoring ABA staff, and partnering with families to make meaningful, lasting change in clients' lives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Assessments: Evaluate clients' needs to develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
  • Design ABA Programs: Create and update behavior intervention plans and teaching strategies based on client progress.
  • Supervise and Train: Provide guidance, training, and supervision to behavior technicians and RBTs.
  • Collaborate: Partner with families and team members to ensure a unified approach to client care.
  • Monitor Progress: Lead regular treatment team meetings and make data-informed adjustments to programming.
  • Review Clinical Data: Maintain high standards of care through consistent review of session notes and data.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Certification: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensure: Must have or be eligible for Utah licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
  • Experience: Experience in providing ABA services is preferred, but newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply
  • Skills: Strong clinical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Team-Oriented: Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation required for travel to client homes or local clinic sites; we build caseloads with geographic efficiency in mind.
